Motivation is the powerhouse of action. This inner power can't be gained via food, or education, or experience, or the position you hold. Lot of living examples can be cited - educated people who hold higher seats, with experience, becoming de-motivated at times and undergoing motivational programs to recharge themselves is one among them. What is the message this situation is conveying? It means motivational power is descended from some other source other than working standards, experience, and respectable positions.  Motivational power has the ability to place anyone in those coveted position. So none of these 3 factors can fuel power to motivation, on the contrary, it is the motivational power that enhances education, experience, & elevated positions etc.   

Motivation bestows -
  • Ability to address challenges with ease,
  • Composure about hardships,
  • Unfaltering confidence levels,
  • Power to do things, unimaginable before 
  • Relief from stress levels remarkably, 
  • Boldness to combat weaknesses from entering into work zone,

These wonders will be transmitted and marked as landmark for the generations to follow. Motivation has the power to transmit wonders while de-motivation transmits emptiness. Motivation plays a pivotal role in professional career solely due to that. We should fathom deeply on, 'how to gain motivational powers' for improving work standards, which ultimately improves life standards. Majority are de-motivated mainly due to weaknesses withholding the inner power. When weakness are castigated, inner power emerges naturally. This workshop emphasizes on clearing those weaknesses and when it is cast off, then motivational power evolves into the action by its own force.

Who needs motivation? 

Satisfied people are always motivated so they do not need motivation. It is only unsatisfied people who need motivation. There are two phrases of saying when you work -
  • I won't do this.
  • I will do this.
Just a change from WON'T to WILL, that is the power of motivation. Why he won't do this? There may be at least two reasons for it.
  • He does not know how to do it.
  • He does not want to do it.
If he does not know to do it, then it is not a great problem. It can be solved by teaching him how to do it. We can't say he is not motivated. But, in the other case he needs motivation. De-motivational factors compel him to hide in the shell of 'I don't want to do it'. The irony is that, he was de-motivated when motivational inner power was behind the closed door, knocking a chance to come to the fore! De-motivated person is always happy for living in that shell which he webbed from inside, thus shuns the motivational power to evolve into actions. This shelling should be broken first, in order to ooze out from de-motivation. To break it, we have to search into the thought-roots and understand why he is confined in that shell.

3.There are few powerful techniques said by our saints of yore which you can learn while you attend our seminars. Here are some additional tips which are very useful............
  1. Make a convincing reason for doing. De-motivation is mainly due to the thought form, 'why should I do it'. You won't do anything when it is puzzled, so make it reverse. Do self-communication and assert that, there are ample reasons for doing it, because it is rewarding.  There is a chance to get this, or that, and if its not done, then I don't get 'that', thus it becomes inevitable to do that at any cost. 
  2. Invest in achievements. Feel complacent in achievements and cherish it for long time. Not only great achievements, even simpler & smaller achievements should be cherished. When de-motivation creeps in, induct those cherished memories to mind. This reminiscence has the power to raise working levels.
  3. Be who you are- Men are taught from childhood that they are powerless, weak and sinners. Teach yourself and subordinates that they are glorious reflections of immortality (even those who are the weakest in manifestation). After mirroring, be 'who you are', than comparing vainly with 'who you are not'.
  4. Preserve with patience. Be rational and refrain from lending personal emotions to overflow into the working environment auguring chaos. Convey yourself that problems related to work should be settled in office premises, and personal problems should be settled in house premises. Don't mix each other. When emotions (personal) starts torturing and interrupting work, then convey the message clearly to the mind that this is not the right venue for settling those issues. Those personal files will only be re-opened after office hours.
