Making The Modules

When the thought of making seminars flashed in mind, the first thing haunted me was the topic. I was wondering about the issues that needs to be addressed and how many modules are needed for sorting it out.  After delving in thoughts for an opening, an inner voice whispered, 'start with success'. Success is an alluring subject mortals search for, so penetrate on those elements that ushers success. Eventually, the 12 elements that ushers success became visible one by one from the bottom of the heart. They are:

1.Decision

2.Inspiration

3.Education

4.Self-confidence

5.Hard work

6.Courage

7.Passion

8.Fearlessness during struggles

9.Communication

10.Interaction

11.Collective effort

12.Sincerity

When these 12 ingredients are well developed, it will blossom as an ethereal flower, spreading fragrance. Great personality resembles ethereal flower. Thus, 12 seminars based on these 12 petals paved the foundation in formulating modules. After finishing that phase, the focus was on those issues that can confine the winning streak. These bunches of issues should be tackled before longing for forward march. Preparing the list of issues that are hindrances for progression became the next agenda. After penning the list, the succeeding thing was to compartmentalize those issues as per their nature and blend them to those 12 modules. Overall development will be on the cards by attending and applying techniques discussed in all 12 modules. Because majority of key issues that desaturated the progress are discussed deeply and elucidated with the help of resources enriched from the brain of thinkers who dazzled the world by intellectual wordings.

The third phase was to subdivide 12 segments into 5 planes, for making it more tangible. Just like a child passes through different stages in life before reaching the old age, similarly these 5 planes are evolving stages in the journey directed towards accomplishment. The first plane is dedicated to motivation, because motivation is the fuel that propels the onward journey. Reaching destiny is out of question when you are out of fuel, so lack of motivation is conceived as the first obstacle. Tackling it should be the first priority before moving on to subsequent stages. Education is the wheel that drives towards the destined spot. Education/ideas distinguishes an average man and a legend. If you want to be a legend, then ideas should be cultivated from inner mind. Education eventually evolved as 2nd phase in the route. 

When motivational power works in combination with skill set, then the stage is set for 'live activity'. When applying them practically then tons of problems are waiting to attack and mar the smooth streak. Facing them boldly is the need of the hour. Confidence acts as the steering wheel in that long drive. The mighty vehicle is controlled wholly by that small power steering, which underlies the significance of confidence in the strides. Injecting confidence into the vein is the 3rd phase. Stress is a part and parcel in any journey. Stress can be from failures or by unknown reasons, but it is inevitable as long as you carry on with work. Idling won't bring stress, apart from that everything else breeds stress. If there is slightest action involved then stress is inevitable. Even wise are swept away by the swings of stress because stress takes tolls in energy levels and hide potentials. Thus, stress management like gears come handy in the drive. Changing gears as per conditions makes the travel smooth. It is impossible to reach intended spot in a stretch because there are barriers, crossovers and gutters in the roads, so drive carefully by adjusting the speed, and make sure it does not stop or lose pace drastically. You are disoriented when ceased by chaos, so obviously stress management evolved as 4th phase. 

The final phase of the journey is interaction. Interaction occupies a higher level than other aspects, because it fosters success. Everything is determined by interaction, monetary benefits or fame are the outcome of successful interaction. Success is an after-effect of socializing and utilizing people because money and power are with people. Every aspect of those 4 stages discussed above is applied vehemently in this plane. Motivation, skill set, confidence and stress management stimulate productive interaction. Pleasant personality, communication skills and genuineness are prerequisites for winning people’s heart and money. Thus, succeeding in interaction means succeeding in everything. Interaction is the 'accelerator' that travels towards development. A vehicle can't move an inch even if it has tank full of fuel, great radial tyres, power steering, fabulous gears, if accelerator is not pressed.

Let us wind up this concept of phases by rewinding. Imagine that you are a vehicle. The road represents the path to travel to the destiny. The engine is the mind; driver, the intellect; motivation, the fuel; skill sets, the wheel; confidence, the steering; stress management, the gears; and interaction, the accelerator.

• interaction is the mission of the work.
