1. Excerpts from Workshops...

Successful person commands respect, while loser gains sympathy. Business or career relationships (to an extent other relationships too) bond and break, depending upon the plane you are placed IN. Hence to be successful is nothing less than a necessity. Thus every man in the world want success, and hopeful to be there at some point of time. To have dreams (which is easy to do), is one side of the coin, and to achieve the 'impossible' is another side of the coin. Most people like to do nothing except dreaming and delving in books or on brain storming techniques. They forget to transmit the energy from thinking to action. We should understand that, it is not the dreams but the drives that will fetch the lofty heights. The drives of a successful person will be colossal, which make hardships seem like kinder garden. Hard work and challenges are a passion, so are simple things to them, which is unlikely for others. Their outlook will be infinitely bigger than a common man. They perceive whole world as their market and work place, thus become enthusiastic to deliver nonstop, extracting higher levels of creative energy. They are part and parcel of the global market because their mindset is global, thinking is global, attempts are global and achievements too are 'global'. Their sole motto is creating and engaging in global vision to succeed, and eventually celebrating success.

What is success?

The definition of success varies as per perspectives. If you define it in the simplest term, we can say that when you do something remarkable then it is success. This remarkable deed is related only to an action. When you made an exemplary project, or a lucrative deal, or shaped a grand idea, then your life scenario has changed to success. Let us celebrate the success for the time being, but at the same time don't forget that it is only 'one remarkable deed' that was success. This remarkable deed will be erased from other’s memories when failures start smiling at you in the future. Every one including the successful has the possibility to fail in next endeavor. A winner earns this wisdom before anyone, will forget success at the earliest and tries to focus on 'what next'. Their thirst is always towards 'outstanding results', not one, but many. So their life does not stop or get stuck on anything, it rolls on and on, unraveling lofty heights by
  • High performance culture with
  • High level of energy levels and
  • Salient traits with
  • Outstanding commitment.
When you think and transmit the energy towards global market (mentioned in above paragraph), then you are edging towards that elite panel where only successful personalities abodes.

2. Excerpts from Workshops....

Success won't come by Imitation. We have a tendency to copy successful person’s life and paste into our life, for gaining higher rewards. Actually this 'copycat' mentally is stumbling block in your ongoing journey towards success.  Because success is not a strategy, it is mentality, so how can you be successful, just by copying a strategy?  The character matters than strategies. When attempting to copy a winner, followers perceive only winning strategies, and are totally unaware of the impact of the character. This is the main reason of failures. Winning personalities will have charisma, where they make themselves disciplined to be successful. It is in this 'character factory' that they are constantly working on than strategy formulation, thus they go Inward than Outward for gaining success. Firstly, they are shaping themselves as 'role model' for winning, before performing it in the world stage. It is a tough inner preparation, at the same time a challenge, and passion for what you are doing. The inner preparation includes - analyzing potential, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, formulating visions, and finally comparing vision and values, and from all these inputs they figure out the -
  • Do's and Don't,
  • Can and Can't
  • Necessary and Unnecessary,
  • What to take and What to leave
  • Where to start and Where to end
  • Where to develop, and Where it is not needed
  • Thus everything is prepared in the mind before they launch themselves into the horizon of work. They are setting a global mindset, which upholds innovative character traits, such as-
  • Not afraid to explore and exploit new ideas,
  • Willing to win by taking calculated risk,
  • Shift plans so as to suit the occasions,
  • Focus on attaining results by innovative methods,
  • Develop and sustain virtual ways of working,
  • Absorbed in translating strategy into action
When they are in the stage of action, then they bring that courage and guidelines (drawn above) to the fore, for dealing with the emergencies which they have to confront as work progress.

You can learn from others by making sure that you are following their mettle than strategies. Success and failures are bound to happen even for leaders because we can't calculate everything and plan accordingly and therefore failures are inevitable. It is actually not a failure, because he has failed only in one endeavor. We should develop the mentality to measure success and failure only from 'one attempt', not as whole. The tragedy lies only when we try to expand that action into other actions as well. Don't dwell on the notion that successful person will be successful in every deed of life. Similarly, give up the notion that a person who had a few failures will always fail. Everything is related to 'one action' which can sway at any way. Life is multiplication of actions, so it can also take you to any way, either to success or to failures. That is the reason why we should not imitate successful person, because he too is bound to fail in few actions, but the difference between the successful person and others are; failures are not failures for him, because he will introspect, ponder on issues that went wrong and learn, innovate them before his next attempt, thus it is a progressive curve towards success. But for others, the reason for failures will remain as such because they make no attempts to correct it, therefore it is slumping curve. Success augurs to someone mainly due to this ability to 'differentiate things through innovation', hence it is not the strategies that make them win, it is the 'mettle of character' that make them win, so if you copy the strategies you are bound to fail.  It is not a mistake to learn from leaders, the mistake happens only when we don't learn what is to be learned.

3.There are a few powerful techniques said by our saints of yore which you can learn while you attend our seminars. Here are some additional tips, which are very useful............
  1. Renovate yourself as a Role model, by the tips unraveled above in which a winner draws as his guidelines while working.
  2. Evaluate performance. Do it on a weekly basis, based on facts and concrete observations of what you did and what you missed
  3. Be innovative. Innovative thoughts can't be taught; it is to be learnt. So explore yourself to that horizon by peeping into inner mind.
  4. Inject professionalism. Try to achieve results thoroughly in a professional way, through extended targets, teamwork, and continuous improvement where ever it is needed.
  5. When you fail, just pause, refresh your mind and then retort. When you are going through a rough patch, just take a break to change failures as well as for improvements. When taking a break, you forget everything. So you should indulge in doing the things you love to do, completely forgetting your job, fame and surroundings.
